Almetis is a french biopharmaceutical company having two proprietary platforms of innovative metal-based molecules including first-in-class and second-in-class compounds. Our company has a strong track record in metalorganic chemistry and has built up its two New Chemical Entity platforms of patent-protected small molecules to interfere with metabolic pathways of cancer cells. Almetis aims at addressing the chemotherapy drawbacks (toxicities and resistance) identifying the most promising candidates among these platforms. We will design, synthesize and develop our candidates up to the preclinical and early clinical phase in human.
